BOOK A SERVICE

Book an appointment for the service of your choice.

For new clients, please fill out the Pre-Screening Evaluation form first and wait for Kim's approval before booking.

How It Works:

  • Fill Out the Form: Complete the Pre-Screening Evaluation Form for new clients.

  • Evaluation: Kim Zen will review your form and notify you when you can book a service.

  • Select Service: Choose your desired service and opt for full payment or a deposit.

  • Choose Date & Time: Pick a convenient date and time from our availability calendar.

  • Make Payment: Pay the deposit or full amount to secure your booking.

PRE-SCREENING

For NEW CLIENTS, you must complete the Pre-Screening Evaluation Form before booking.

This will help me determine if you can book for this service as not everyone is a good candidate for permanent makeup.

DEPOSIT

You have the option to pay in full upon booking or pay the deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your appointment. (For new clients, the deposit is $250)

Balance is paid on the day of the appointment.

CANCELLATION

You may reschedule at least 1 month prior to your appointment.

A fee of $150 will be applied for no-shows & last minute cancellations to reschedule.

NO GUESTS

Additional guests will not be accommodated

at your appointment.

FRESH START

I do not touch up areas that are done by another artist. Please consult before booking to determine

if I can work over it.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please contact me if you will be up to 15 minutes late.

More than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

NO REFUNDS

Refunds will not be provided for any

services rendered.
